About Me

I have served the fitness industry as a coach, group exercise instructor, and personal trainer/fitness manager for over fourteen years. I was born and raised in Tulsa, and played and coached collegiate soccer before beginning my fitness career as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I have coached youth soccer and offered sports conditioning training and classes for basketball, tennis, and soccer athletes. I have also taught various group exercise classes such as: Spinning, Outdoor Fitness/Boot Camp, and Post-Rehab/Posture Alignment. Additionally, I have presented at national fitness conventions.

In 2009, I started my own company to service people in their homes. My goal is to empower people from all walks of life to discover their inner-athletes and achieve their goals. This may include weight loss, athletic performance, post-rehabilitation from an injury or condition, or simply developing/maintaining strength to lift groceries without pain. My goal is to help people find activities they enjoy so they stick with a training program. This is key to experiencing long-term results.

My current certifications include:

-ACE Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
-The Egoscue Method Posture Alignment Specialist (PAS) Level 2
-AAHFRP Medical Exercise Specialist (MES)
-Johnny G Spinning Instructor
-United States Soccer Federation B License
-Working toward Master’s of Science in Health and Kinesiology (NSU)

I have taken numerous workshops and training over the last 14 years and in the past was certified by NASM as a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and IFS (Integrated Flexibility Specialist). The fitness industry changes often and my goal is to stay on the cutting edge as much as possible.
